We first bought at Four Seasons in 2007, following many great family holidays at my parents timeshare.

Four Seasons is a beautiful resort, set in a quiet location, with wonderful facilities, high quality service, accommodation and cleanliness.

The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom penthouse overlooking the Pinhal golf course, the views are great, particularly for enjoying a sundowner and watching the sunset on the balcony.

There is a large en suite bathroom in the master bedroom. There are 2 wardrobe units and a dressing table, both bedrooms have French windows. There is a second bathroom located next to the twin bedroom.

The living area is open plan, with a well kitted kitchen for self catering and there is also a dining area. There is a washing machine and dryer, Air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The location of the apartment offers quiet and privacy.

This time of year, the weather is usually mid to high 20s. The resort never feels crowded, with plenty of sun beds, and is outwith the school holidays. The outdoor pools have recently been renovated. There is also an indoor pool, and a gym.

There is a beauty salon and hairdresser on site.

The Clubhouse has a large seating area, restaurant and bar.

We enjoy walking to the Marina in the evening and have a number of favourite restaurants where we always receive a warm welcome.

The Old Village is a few minutes walk, offering a small supermarket, bars and restaurants.

It's a great base to access the superb golf courses in the area.

The studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments at the Four Seasons Vilamoura are spacious with a full kitchen and air-conditioning throughout. Praia da Rocha Baixinha to the west is known for its long boardwalk stretching to Olhos de Agua in Albufeira.

The game of golf is, of course, one of the reasons that many people choose this magnificent resort on the Algarve. Guests of the Four Seasons Vilamoura are offered exclusive discounts on green fees at a number of the 18-hole golf courses in the area.
