We have been coming to Four Seasons Vilamoura for over 25 years and will continue to do so but it is time to downsize, and we no longer need school holidays.

Our apartment is a 2-bed on floor 4, facing the pool and overlooking the lovely gardens surrounding this stunning resort.

The pool we face is known as the beach pool, as it has a gradual walk-in. Good for all the family and the children with their lilos. There is a bigger pool, a children's pool, and a lovely indoor pool.

Our double balcony is great for all you need, from al fresco dining to afternoon sunbathing or reading your favourite book.

The apartment can sleep up to 6 - it has a mega-size bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. Lots of storage and a cupboard housing the washer and dryer with a fully fitted kitchen including 2 fridges - useful for all the cold water and drinks etc.

The resort has been undergoing upgrades to not only the pools, surrounding areas, and sun loungers but also the restaurant facilities.

The apartment has this year had new furniture in the lounge, but also on the balcony. This is ongoing with refurbishments to the bedrooms.

It is always a lovely resort to visit with theme nights, live music, children's activities, and the friendly staff who make your holiday.

In addition, try out the spa treatments and salon for hair and nails for the ladies.

The walk to the Marina is a comfortable 20-minute stroll with many great restaurants ranging from seafood, Italian, steaks, Chinese, and traditional Portuguese.

All in all, just a great place for your vacations.
