Nice properties, Fractional ownership selling as we have moved abroad to Asia. Two weeks in Santa Barbara and one in Pueblo Quinta 15000 points equivalent which can be used with RCI. No restrictions on occupancy as long as the number per property (4) is not exceeded.

Had the properties since December 2015, never any problems, well maintained. Both locations are handy for nearby attractions, not far from the sea. Food is great, plenty of places to eat at reasonable prices. Nice pools and bars and the weather is always great! One big advantage at both resorts is that the staff are very helpful as a fractional owner you get to know them well.

Parking is available at both resorts and the airport is not too far, you can get transfers easily enough. Another big advantage is the banking of the points with RCI this allows you to go to other resorts all over the world if you are adventurous.
