Our first timeshare was bought in 1992 and it allowed us to have some superb holidays for over 20 years and we are sure that we would not have traveled nearly as much without the opportunities that timeshare has opened up for us. We have stayed in our home resorts but were also members of RCI allowing exchanges from the USA to the Far East and Australasia and in Europe from Finland to the south of Italy, in Greece, Spain, Portugal and Madeira. In all our travels we have found few apartments that surpass those in Pueblo Evita, a Gold Crown Resort. We are enthusiastic about the timeshare system which has worked very well for us, so why do we want to sell? There are two reasons, mainly advancing age, both now in our eighties (hiring a car is difficult) so we are less inclined to travel and our sons are not interested. In any case we live in the South of France so can find interesting places without traveling long distances.

Pueblo Evita is well placed on the Costa del Sol between Torremolinos and Fuengirola about 15 km from the main town Malaga and 10 km from the airport. The resort is not just a rectangular block but imaginatively built in tiers on a hillside just a short distance from the beach and seafront. There are two swimming pools and a restaurant and just facing is a large well stocked supermarket. It is easy to visit by car or coach the spectacular Alhambra of Granada, a wonderful haven of peace and one can understand the sorrow of the Moors when forced to leave. A frequent train service allows one to visit other towns along the coast and from Algeciras, close to Gibraltar, there is a train which threads its way through the wooded hills via many of the white villages of Andalucía to Ronda. This is a picturesque hill town ringed by mountains and the old town is divided from the 'new' town by a rugged gorge. The tiny bullring is said to be the oldest in Spain.

The one bedroom apartments are all spacious with a large living room with a full kitchen corner leading to a balcony giving plenty of scope for al fresco dining, a bathroom and separate bedroom. A convertible settee in the main room will accommodate a second couple. The apartments are attractively furnished and decorated and are well maintained. They are in floating time but all units are up to the same high standard and there is car parking at the resort..
