The unit is located on top floor (resort has an elevator) in centre of the
resort which affords fantastic views of the sea, as well as the cliffs and resort main
pool below.

CPO was bought by MGM (Mutho Hotel Group) within the last 2 years. They
have invested several million euro into the resort and will continue to
upgrade all the facilities. This unit has already been refurbished with state-of-the art
flat screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room .. The unit has
brand new furniture inside and new lounges on the large patio balcony. The two
bedrooms have both been redone with new mattresses, lamps, etc as well. Both
bathrooms are modern looking with new tiles and shower heads.
The air-conditioning system has been upgraded with each bedroom having
its own thermostat to control that room's temperature as well as a thermostat for
the living room, dining room, and kitchen area.

The resort has 2 swimming pools, lush tropical gardens leading down to the
beach, a sauna, children's playground, laundry facilities, outdoor hot-tubs, and a
lawn bowling area next to the Ocean bar. There are 2 other bars at the resort
(each has different times for happy hours), and a restaurant next to the main
pool. Across the street, CPO is affiliated with Oura Praia Hotel so you have access
to their facilities which includes a fitness center and tennis.

CPO has its own beach and affords nice walks along the adjacent beaches
exploring coves on the beach or above along the cliff paths. lt is a 5 minute walk
to the "Strip" and a 5-7 minute taxi to Old Town (free shuttle buses are also
available during the day to Old Town) . This area also has plenty of restaurants,
bars, shopping and entertainment on the square.

We prefer to rent a car to go on day trips which are all with in a 45 minute
drive. I recommend Sagres, Arrifanna, Benagil beach and Villamoura (which is
much closer) but there are many beautiful resort towns in the Algarve.
Using RCI Exchange in the past few years, we have had one week vacations
in Arizona, Florida and North Carolina. We are looking to sell because
we recently bought a vacation home and plan to spend our vacation there.
