The Apartment has two bedrooms/three bathrooms, sleeping maximum of 6 persons. The apartment contains all the luxury items associated with same,furniture,appliances,air conditioning,bedding. Overlooking the apartment on one side is Pinhal Golf Course and on the other side a very good view of the pool area. There are 3 outside large pools and one indoor heated pool,with sauna and jacuzzi rooms adjacent. Restaurant and Bar is well maintained, service and quality on offer is to a high standard. Children's Play area and games room on site. Adults snooker room off the bar area.

Private parking within the complex with security personnel at entrance at all times - very secure.
National papers available daily, with a small supermarket within 5 min walk outside the complex.
Taxis readily available and at most, 15 minute walk to the beautiful marina. The Marina is splendid with the fine yachts on view, plentiful of restaurants and assorted shops in abundance.

Outside the complex is the Old Village,within 5 min walk,plenty of restaurants and drinking establishments on offer.

If you have a car, the whole coast of the Algarve can be covered within an hours drive in either direction.
No shortage of places to visit - towns, shopping centres, fantastic beaches, vineyards, golf courses, horse riding, go carts and sailing activities . Alternatively, you can laze in the sun at the pool, within the complex.

The Apartment is a Two Week Flexi A Type, where the weeks can be taken together or split between March to mid July, September & October and the last two weeks of the year - Christmas time.

We have owned these Flexi A weeks since 2004 and really enjoyed our time here. Now we are purchasing our own property and we hope our new buyers will get the same enjoyment as we did down the years.
