My timeshare is in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain. The timeshare is at Castillo Beach Club, Caleta de Fuste.

It is in a quiet location and the site has a security fence surrounding the perimeter and club members only have access keys.

There are two pools, one for children. The club has its own bar and food is available. This is an ideal resort for elderly and families with young children.

The bungalow sleeps four people, fully fitted kitchen, a lounge and diner, bathroom, outside patio and chairs.

It's about 15 minutes walk to the beach or there is a small train which runs from outside the complex to the beach, this runs every hour from 9AM to 6PM at a cost of €1.

There is a large supermarket nearby and many restaurants within walking distance. The complex has its own reception which is open all day if you have any problems.

Included in my asking price is 5 banked weeks to be transferred with the sale.
