The apartment is situated in Clube Praia de Oura, on the Algarve's golden beach, near the town of Albufeira. The resort features 2 swimming pools, topical gardens, a sauna, bowling green, children's playground, disco, bars and restaurants. There is also a self-service launderette and car park. Week 42 often coincides with the autumn half term holiday. Average temperatures at that time of the year are in the mid-20s.

It is a one bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) with television, bathroom, kitchenette and private balcony on the sixth floor of the building. Lifts and porter service are available. It is on the east side of the complex where it catches the morning sun and offers a view over the cliffs and the sea.

It is approximately 40 minutes from Faro airport. Many places of interest such as the towns of Loule, Sagres, Lagos, Castelo, Tavira are only a short drive away and Albufeira is within walking distance. There are several golf courses in the neighbourhood. The resort is on the seafront and fishing, swimming and water sports are amongst the possibilities.

The resort also offers organised excursions. Exchanges are possible through RCI.
