Pueblo Evita Complex is situated approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach in the popular resort of Benalmadena, Spain, 15 kilometres from Malaga Airport. The town has very good facilities, a beautiful Moorish style harbour, lovely park, a Sea Life Centre and Dolphinarium, a crocodile park and cable cars to Tivoli World. There are plenty of bars, shops and hotels, an excellent local and regional bus service and a coastal railway between Malaga and Fuengirola.

The complex is in the style of a Pueblo and each apartment has different architecture providing an attractive view from all parts.

The Elite apartment sleeps 6 with air-conditioning throughout. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large lounge with sofas/sofa bed, a dining area and large balcony. Each space is fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, T.V/DVD/Music Centre, ironing and cleaning equipment, bedding, towels, plenty of outdoor furniture for 6 and a BBQ. There is maid service and on-road parking.

There are a number of Elite apartments to choose from on different levels under this contract and the week's booking can be made at any time of the year subject to availability. We have never had a problem getting the apartment or week we preferred. The apartment can be exchanged for other resorts and Bonus weeks are available.

There are 2 swimming pools and a children's pool with overhead water coolers to one of the areas. There are 2 restaurants and bars serving food from breakfast to evening meals. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

We love this particular resort for its situation and character and we are only selling as we no longer require a 2 bedroom apartment. We thoroughly recommend buying an Elite apartment.
