The Resort

Pueblo Evita Club Apartments are located in the coastal resort of Benalmadena.

Benalmadena is a located on the Costa Del Sol in the south of Spain, some twenty minute train ride from Malaga Airport. Located mid way between Torremelinos and Fuengerola, the resort is an ideal location from which to explore the southern coast of Spain.

The apartments are located 200metres from a lovely beach and many restaurants, and within a twenty minutes walk is the exclusive Benalmadena Marina, with exclusive shops and restaurants. The front has an extensive promenade, which stretches to Torremelinos, and running alongside is a road which carries the local buses between Torremelinos and Fuengerola.

North of Benalmadena Costa, some 10 minute walk from the Apartments is the town of Benalmadena, which has all the shops and facilities of a good sized Spanish Town. Within the town there are a number of attractions, including Tivoli World, a theme park arrived at by cable car which takes you up the mountain of Monte Calamarrio to a lovely recreational area with the most amazing views.

Parque Paloma is a large spacious park some 10 minutes walk from the apartments, where you can walk in pretty gardens, and around a lake surrounded by peacocks, hens and various other birds.

The town of Malaga is easily reached by train from Benalmadena. Here you have all the exclusive shops and restaurants associated with one of Spain's major cities, and within 15 minutes drive of Benamadena are Mijas and Torremolinos Aqua Parks, Fuingerola Zoo and the wonderful Torrequebrada golf course.

Pueblo Evita Club Apartments

The Pueblo Evita Club Apartments is a gated complex with both indoor and outdoor pools, and a gym. With twenty four hour reception, and a life guard at the pool during the summer, the apartments are extremely safe and well staffed, and family friendly. There is a poolside bar which offers food and drink, and some evening entertainment.

On site there is a small supermarket, and just across the road is a larger main supermarket, together with other restaurants and a large tennis and sports centre.

Developed around a villa that was originally built for Eva Peron, the complex is built on the side of a hill, and is not suitable for people with disabilities or ill health. However, the apartments are all different, and the complex has its own unique style.

The Timeshare

The timeshare entitles you to a week in a two bedroom apartment which can sleep up to 6 people every year up until the membership lease runs out on 31st December 2054. The week is a floating week which means that, subject to availability, you can book any week in the year.

The apartment that you book may not be the same apartment every year. The Complex has a number of two bedroom apartments, and you could be allocated different locations within the complex. This provides some flexibility, and good choice.

The apartment includes a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Each apartment has Sky TV, and car parking is available.

The timeshare excludes flights to and from Malaga, and transfer to the resort.

Maintenance fees are due in January of each year and figures normally rise annually with inflation.

General

The apartment has been in the ownership of my mother and father since 1990, but since my father died, my mother is unable to travel on her own. They enjoyed many holidays in the resort, and enjoyed traveling up and down the Costa Del Sol coast from the resort.

Unfortunately, we are now unable to make use of the facility, and as a result are looking to sell the timeshare.

With good temperatures all the year round, good accessibility from cheap flights to Malaga, and good transport links to and from the resort, this is an excellent opportunity to invest in an apartment which the family will enjoy returning to year after year.
