The timeshare is in Sunset Beach Hotel. This is a four star hotel in Benalmadena, near Malaga, Spain. Hotel is right on the coast, so sandy beaches are next to the hotel. Hotel has 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a sauna, gym and hot tub. It has 6 bars and restaurants, an on-site grocery store and free Wi-Fi in public areas. There are elevators in the hotel. Parking is also available but it costs €12.50 per day. There is a live evening entertainment all year round. Golf Course is within 4km.

My unit in the hotel is a one bedroom unit sleeps 4 people, one living room with satellite TV, kitchen with oven and microwave, the bathroom has a balcony with a view of the sea and the village. Unit is air-conditioned. Furniture is modern and a new.

Distance from the hotel to Malaga international airport is 13km. Hotel is ideal starting point for discovering Andalusia. Distance from the hotel to tourist attractions in Andalusia:

The week is fixed and starts around 20th September every year. The week this year is free to use and it starts from 21st September. In addition to that, I  have already changed the week from the last year for the week that starts from 14th September. So, this year my unit in the hotel is available for use from 14th September to 28th September, i.e. 14 days. Also, I have one week or 22 trading power already deposited and free to use for the exchange in following years. The week of the next year is also available for using or exchange.
