Oura View Beach Club is an RCI Gold Crown Resort in the district of Oura, two miles from 'old-town' Albufeira. It is in a prime location, built on a headland with spectacular views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and stepped garden and pool areas leading down to Oura Beach.

The resort has bright, spacious, well-equipped apartments and various indoor facilities such as spa with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There is a bar on the ground floor and a beautiful circular restaurant next to the pool, serving drinks, snacks and meals. The superb ' infinity' swimming pool has a deep end suitable for diving, an attractive waterfall/ slide overlooking the sea and a completely separate toddler's pool . Both pools have ample free sunbeds and are set in beautifully maintained gardens. Parking is available for those with hired cars.

The resort entertainment programme also covers the sister hotels, Club Praia D'Oura and Oura Praia Hotel , offering something for everyone. Outside, the choice of restaurants and bars is endless, both in Oura itself and in 'old town' Albufeira. Nearby Villamoura offers excellent golfing facilities.

The week I am selling is a fixed week, which contains the UK May Day Bank Holiday and the first floor apartment, which sleeps four people, has a lovely view of the gardens with a partial sea view. I have owned this timeshare for eight years and have had many wonderful holidays here. The reasons for the sale are that I am now single again and will be forced to retire early in the near future, both of which impose financial restrictions.
