The Oura- View Beach Club is a Petchey Leisure resort situated directly on the the Oura beach at Montechoro, about 2 miles from Albufeira on Portugal's Algarve coast.� Faro, the nearest airport, is about 45 Kms away. The resort is within easy walking distance of the "Montechoro Strip" with numerous restaurants and bars and is within easy reach of the picturesque Albufeira town for shopping, site-seeing and restaurants. There are also several golf courses in the area and it is well situated as a base for exploring all of the beautiful� Algarve coast.

The resort, holding the RCI Hospitality Award, has a superb location as it slopes gently down to the huge outdoor swimming pool and unusual circular restaurant and terrace overlooking the golden sands of Oura Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It also offers a large indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and health club, all set in well maintained gardens which provide a tranquil setting. Members also have access to the facilities of the nearby Praia da Oura resort and the Oura Aparthotel.� Free car parking is available.

The apartment is on the first floor and� has a large balcony with panoramic views over the resort gardens, the beach and ocean. It is a 1 bedroom apartment ( max occupancy 4) in week 26 ( early July)with 1 bathroom. And has air conditioning, satellite TV ,safe box, microwave, and kitchen. The bedroom and lounge area are spacious and nicely decorated.

We have had many excellent holidays both at this resort and at RCI exchange resorts over many years, but wish to sell now as changing family circumstances now mean that we are unable to make full use of our apartment.
