Lots of places to eat and entertainment. Long promenade from resort to walk along or few minutes by car to Benalmadena Yacht Harbour. Very picturesque with places to eat and drink and entertainment for the children with a small train that takes you around the Harbour and restaurants.

Fuengirola,Marbella,Puerto Banus,Estepona and then Gibralter are all along this coastline and all are well worth a visit especially Gibralter. The small village of Mijas set in the hills is very picturesque with small quaint shops and plenty of places to eat with fantastic views of the coastline. Well worth a visit.

Sunset Beach Club is situated next to the beach. You just have to walk out of the hotel and sea and sand are on your door step.
Tivoli World funfair is a few minutes away with Fuengirola Water park well worth a visit.
It takes about 20 minutes from Malaga airport by taxi to Sunset Beach Club.

There are Two outside pools, One indoor Heated pool, Health centre with Gymnasium, Beauty Salon, Supermarket, Teenagers and Children's club, Bar and Restaurants.

The apartment is a fixed week. Week 21 which is Spring Bank Holiday in May. It sleeps six with two balcony's and two bathrooms. The lounge with balcony overlooks the beach with pull out sofa bed. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and balcony overlooking pool area and sea and beach the other bedroom has twin beds with window and view of the beach.

The apartment is on seventh floor so accommodates lovely views and is just one floor above reception. There are lifts to all floors. The unit has a partial kitchen with microwave, hob and oven. No washer or dryer but there is a laundry room in hotel for members to use. Two televisions with satellite TV,one in lounge and one in main bedroom. Two phones, one in lounge and one in main bedroom. Bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and shower over bath. Second bathroom with shower cubicle,sink and toilet. There is also on site parking.

We have exchanged with RCI on numerous occasions and been in some great timeshare apartments with all the family. We are now approaching our 70th birthdays and feel this is the time to sell after owning here for 26 years. This apartment and Sunset Beach Club will give you a fantastic holiday overlooking beach and sea with family and friends.
