The apartment for sale is a Studio (2 person) apartment at Club Praia d'Oura in Albufeira, Portugal. Situated an easy 40 minute drive from Faro Airport the Resort offers a wide range of facilities including 2 Outdoor Swimming pools, and a Bowling Green. It is within easy access of Albufeira beach (approx. 200yards).

The Apartment has its own bathroom, sitting area that turns into a double bed and a balcony with a view over the Swimming Pools. The Apartment is also well fitted out in terms of cooking equipment and also has a satellite TV.

The week on offer is right at the end of the summer holidays when the resort is beginning to quieten down as most kids have gone back to school but the weather is still almost guaranteed to be perfect.

Albufeira itself is a mix of modern nightlife orientated establishments and the more reserved 'Old Town'. As well as the two beaches there is also a harbour from where boat trips are available. The Algarve area itself is well known for its Golf courses and there is a Golf Desk to assist in organising trips to many of these well renowned courses.

The Resort itself is affiliated to both of the main Exchange organisations, RCI and Interval International, the latter of which I have used for numerous exchanges over the years, visiting resorts in Spain (including the Canary Islands), Portugal, France and even further afield in America. The vast majority of these exchanges have been into larger properties than my studio apartment due to the increasing size of my immediate family.
