The Crane Hotel, St. Philip, is a highly rated RCI and Registry Collection affiliate and has developed over the years into a fabulous east coast resort. The Crane, situated a scant 15 minutes away from the international airport, comprises more than 30 acres on a 100-foot sea cliff overlooking its superb Crane Beach and the ocean. On the resort, there are five restaurants, including a high quality 'destination' Thai/Japanese restaurant called Zen, D'Onofrio's Italian, and the resort's Caribbean-cuisine L'Azure, Coach House brasserie, and The Grove beach cafe.

The stylish resort sports a large bar (with bar-meals), a general store for essentials, outlets of Cave Shepherd and Colombian Emeralds, a comprehensively equipped gym/fitness centre, coffee shop, kid's club, function room with art exhibitions, spa, floodlit tennis courts, and an impressive complex of swimming pools, which includes dedicated safe space for small ones through to an adults only pool. The landscaped gardens teem with wildlife.

Our unit is located on the ground floor of Building 4. It comprises an 'A-unit' with master bed suite, a gorgeous spa bath including a separate, jetted jacuzzi, a separate multi-headed shower, double vanity, and ample closet space. The very large lounge/diner/kitchen has a sofa bed and a second cloak/shower room. The A-unit has a sun-terrace and 28-foot infinity pool, which enjoys ocean views. The joining 'B-unit' is a junior suite with a garden terrace, kitchen and its own whirlpool bath and separate walk-in shower. The B-unit can be locked off, with its own entrance. It has a large double bed and a sofa bed and so can also sleep four people.

Both units and master bedroom suit have cable TVs, with a DVD player and a washer/dryer. The A unit has a dishwasher. The whole site is served by a WI-FI internet service. There is air conditioning in both units although the Atlantic seaboard typically has refreshing sea breeze.

After twenty years of loving The Crane, we are selling because our daughters are grown up. We've had many memorable holidays with the children. The weeks are in the summer school holidays, falling usually over the last two weeks of August, so the unit is now better in other hands.

The Crane Hotel is a well-established, landscaped, friendly place in which we have had no problem unwinding into Caribbean style. it is highly regarded which means that your timeshare is very tradable. We have 2 fixed weeks for sale (weeks 33 & 34) which afford you the certainty of the unit every year. However, if you don't wish to use the units (either or both) the basis of remitting them back to The Crane is contracted for Crane Points. In addition, other exchange programmes are available, offering the owner enormous flexibility including RCI, Registry Collection (a further collection of luxury properties around the world) and most recently Encore Club.
