The timeshare units are located in one low-rise building next to Bougainvillea Beach Resort, which is all one big property. One-bedroom units sleep up to four people comfortably and have big windows to allow for lots of lights and fresh ocean breeze. All units have self-adjusting air conditioning, telephone and a separate seating area with a ceiling fan.

A stunning stretch of white sandy beach is just steps away from the Sand Acres Beach Club, which is great for all sorts of water sports. At certain times throughout the year the waves are great for surfing and windsurfing.
