The Crane Resort is a development of luxury apartments a 15-minute drive from the island's airport on the south-east coast of Barbados. The Crane is famous for its magnificent beach adjacent to the resort with its pink sand and turquoise water(see photo)and is recognised as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Our apartment which is in Block 4 third floor overlooks the swimming pools and the sea(see photo).It is a two bedroom three-bathroom lockout meaning one bedroom together with a bathroom & small kitchen can be separated off either for privacy or for letting purposes.It has a front facing full width balcony with plunge pool.There is also another small balcony to the rear of the property serving the second bedroom.The principal bedroom with direct access to the balcony has a large en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath & separate shower. There is lift access in the building.

The resort has three restaurants on site an Italian,a Japanese/ Thai and an international Caribbean with several bars including one on the beach which also serves light meals as does the Carriage House adjacent to the pools.There are several shops including a general store for essentials.The Resort has a fully equipped gym and spa.

We have owned this apartment for 10 years and have had many happy holidays with family including grandchildren for whom there is an excellent kiddies pool and fully staffed kids club.However,with children growing up and attending school the timing of our week (which is in thanksgiving week)no longer works for us.
