Fully air conditioned luxury apartment with lounge/dining room. Sleeps 6, in 2 Bedrooms with twin beds plus lounge settee converts to double bed. 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets with showers. Fully fitted kitchen including cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher plus kettle, toaster and coffee maker and usual crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. It has an outdoor drying area. Flat screen TV (with UK channels) Wi-Fi and telephone. Private sun lounging area on roof top. The apartment is approx. 50 metres from swimming pool with toddler paddling pool. Pool towels are available free of charge from reception. Apartment towels and linen are regularly changed and the apartment is cleaned twice a week.

It retains its own privacy with a lovely outdoor covered eating area. There is a pool bar which is open every day which also serves light meals.There are several restaurants at Monte Carvoeiro serving a variety of differing menus catering for most tastes.

The delightful town of Carvoeiro is only about 500 metres away as are the wonderful sandy beaches and coves. You will also find many restaurants an easy walking distance away. There are many interesting places, easily accessible, as are other activities, close by in the region.

Flights from the UK to Faro are readily available and frequent, the airport is about 40 minutes' drive away. Transport is also available at a cost of approx. £40.

So why are we selling if it's that good? Well we are both in our late seventies and mobility is an issue. We look back with great fondness to the many happy holidays we and our family have had here and the friendships we have made along the way.
