Four Seasons Fairways is a Gold Crown holiday complex set amongst the prestigious golf courses in Quinta do Lago, Almancil, Algarve, Portugal. The resort is 18km from Faro airport. This area has three main attractions: there are long pristine sandy beaches only a short drive away, each with at least one excellent fish restaurant; the resort appeals particularly to golfers (who as timeshare members of Four Seasons Fairways enjoy discounted green fees); and the area is part of a national park with excellent opportunities for bird watching - species include the azure winged magpie, spoonbills, storks, flamingos, egrets, herons and even the rare purple gallinule.

The villa is available for fixed week 40 in perpetuity; as long time residents in Portugal we originally chose this week as early October almost invariably enjoys perfect late summer weather when the sea is at its warmest. It is, however, possible to use Interval International for alternative holiday weeks in different venues. The villa can sleep eight, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a large sitting/dining area. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and a balcony with views over the Pinheiros Altos golf course. There is a private pool, outside terrace and built-in gas barbecue, small garden, and the air-conditioned villa is furnished to a high standard with a Miele fully fitted kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, wifi and television with all main UK satellite channels. Maid service is included once a week, with additional cleaning and baby sitting as optional extras.
There are plenty of car parking spaces close to the villa.

Members of Four Seasons Fairways can enjoy the security of a gated complex with impeccably maintained gardens, and with the facilities of an attractive and efficient clubhouse with sauna, gymn, restaurant and bar, and also an outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi pool. The shaded terrace by the pool is ideal for a relaxed meal. There are also two tennis courts and a mini-market just behind the clubhouse.
