We have enjoyed many years of family holidays in this lovely villa in Quinta Da Lago which is set next to a championship golf course, but unfortunately due to family health problems we are reluctantly having to sell. The week we have usually coincides with Easter school holidays and sleeps 6 people.

There are 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite and patios. There is a 3rd bathroom with shower. There is a very comfortable and spacious air conditioned lounge/dining room with sofa bed,TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with all modern appliances which are Miele. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate room. Linen is changed midweek.

Outside there is a very spacious balcony/patio which has table and chairs for dining, sun loungers, gas BBQ, jacuzzi under an arbour and planted areas with lovely views over the complex. The bar/restaurant and 2 swimming pools, one being a heated indoor are a short walk away. There is a resident life guard and also on the complex is a small supermarket, hairdressers, golf shop and gym together with a snooker room. There are 2 tennis courts and rackets can be hired from reception.

Within a five minute drive there is a beautiful sandy beach reached by a bridge across part of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Also 5 minutes by car, boutique shopping, various good restaurants, chemist and supermarket. Faro Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car. Other places of interest include Albufeira, Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura with beautiful marina, shops and casino, Quarteria and Loule who have weekly markets are within a 30 minute drive.

This complex is beautifully maintained and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
