With its beach, restaurants, shops, bars, tennis centre and golf it is ideally suited for a warm, lazy, restful self-contained holiday, or it can be used as a 5star base for sightseeing, exploring and eating out in the surrounding areas. High summer can be very hot, but September temperatures are great.
