We have owner this week for nearly 10 years, and have had some great family holidays. Our children have now grown up and moved on and so it is too large for us we feel it is time to sell.

The resort has a fabulous indoor and outdoor pool and a gym it is very family friendly with all the staff having worked there since we purchased and longer.� There is an on-site shop, restaurant and plenty of parking.

Our villa is situated on a corner plot with far reaching views over the complex and Quinta itself.� There is a jacuzzi on the rear terrace with table and seating, also a sun terrace at the front with sun loungers, there is also an enclosed drying area for any washing.

Inside all rooms are air conditioned and there are two TVs and a DVD player, the master room has a jacuzzi bath en-suit and TV.� The second bedroom has a shower room next to it.
