Vale do Lobo is situated near to the town of Almancil, Algarve, Portugal and is approximately 20 min. drive from Faro Airport.

The resort is affiliated to RCI and classified as a Gold Crown Resort and a short drive from the Quinta do Largo estate which boasts several golf courses and private homes surrounded by woodland and lakes.

Vale do Lobo is a well established resort with plenty of open areas and mature landscaping and has many facilities including two hotels, restaurants, shops, spa and gym, swimming pool, golf course, tennis centre and beautiful beaches.

The resort comprises privately owned houses, villas and apartments used by owner/occupiers, holiday homes or holiday rents and a small number of co-ownership properties. The resort appeals to all ages and provides wonderful facilities for families with plenty of attractions on site and within the Algarve area generally.

The Villa is a fixed week (week 24) and falls in the second week in June. There is an opportunity to join the Elliott Leisure Options Scheme to enable deposit and exchange if required, within Vale do Lobo.

The unit is referred to as a Step Villa - there are two villas in the block and a penthouse above. The Villas are completely separate with their own entrances and have a rear garden and front terrace at high level overlooking landscaped gardens.

The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6) two bathrooms and a further toilet. Extra beds can be accommodated if required. Outside areas,

There is a terrace to the front with table and chairs and a good-sized private rear garden well-screened with mature plants. There is also a plunge pool in this area with further table and chairs for outside dining, sunloungers and a built-in barbecue.

There is plenty of parking to the front and rear areas to the villas.

The owners have two other weeks at the Resort and this particular week is surplus to requirements.
