The cottages and apartments of Burn Park are situated within farm buildings which are more than two centuries old. This sprawling vacation village lies not far from Devon on north Cornwall's coast near Bude Bay.

Traditional Cornish building materials were used to construct all of these timeshares, which blend nicely with their serene natural surroundings. Private landscaped areas provide a good deal of privacy for all timeshare owners, who can choose to stay in small studios or larger units containing up to three bedrooms.

Inside each cottage are kitchens with microwave ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators. Satellite televisions and CD players are also found within every unit, and all apartments contain double glazing as well as central heating.

An onsite pony rescue centre is one of the more unusual amenities on the Seasons @ Burn Park property. A beauty treatment suite stands close to a whirlpool spa bath, indoor swimming pool, and a couple of saunas. Outdoor activities include a nine-hole putting course and all-weather tennis court. There is also a full-size billiard table and a bar.

Cars can transport timeshare owners to the twin towns of Bude and Stratton in a matter of minutes. Bude is just a brief walk away from two of the nearest beaches, Summerleaze and Crooklets. Visitors to Bude can also boat or fish along a 19th century canal or enjoy the ocean view from a cliffside lookout tower.
