We own 2 floating weeks at Fairways Club Tenerife which is an R C I Gold Crown Resort. This means that anyone who buys these weeks can have a full fortnight in one place instead of having to have only one weeks holiday any time of the year in apartments of very high standard. There are ample car parking facilities on site as well as an excellent reception where tours, car rentals etc can be booked. As flight prices are as cheap for 2 weeks as for 1 week this makes sense and enables you to relax in peace and quiet for a much longer period.

Fairways is ideally situated for those who like playing golf whilst on holiday as it is in the perimeter of the Amarilla Golf Club being only a matter of 20 minutes driving at the most from Reina Sofia airport.There is a lovely fishing village called Los Abrigos which boasts a number of restaurants specalising in the local fish caught earlier that day. A local Hypermarket is also close by where all necessary goods can be purchased at very reasonable prices to fill all the kitchen cupboards and fridge for use during your stay.

It is a lovely walk round the Golf Course on site whilst enjoying beautiful sea and coastline views. The sunsets are stunning to watch as you sit on the seats provided around the course and when the sun has set the night doesn't end there as there are the bars, restaurants, pools and entertainment to enjoy as well as walking through the landscaped gardens and the village-like setting of the apartments complete with beautiful flowers and floodlit areas.

Should you wish to visit any other countries in the world this is entirely possible by banking your 2 timeshare weeks with either RCI, Worldwide Timeshare Exchange or Dial an Exchange. We personally use the latter as membership is free and only a small exchange fee is charged. I will point out that sometimes we have been able to book a 2 bedroom apartment even though we only own a one-bedded apartment and we never have gone down to a studio apartment. We have used our timeshare since 2001 and have exchanged for the last 10 years enabling us to enjoy visiting any country you can mention which enjoys sunshine. Our reason for requesting buyers for our timeshare is simply because of our age and oncoming poor health ( my husband being 80+}. We have had many enjoyable holidays with our timeshare and it has served us very well over the past 14 years.
