We have loved every minute in our lovely timeshare. Craggendarroch is an amazing place, the Hotel and granite lodges are built on the side of the hill - Craggendarroch- which means "Hill of the Oaks". Lodge 76 is in one of the best positions with views from the balcony looking through trees to the pond and tennis court. We have often seen red squirrels. The view from the kitchen window is over trees to The Pass of Ballater with view across fields beyond.

We have owned the Lodge for over 35 years and 3 generations of our family have made the most of it here. There is plenty for all ages to do with excellent facilities on site and from staying local in the village of Ballater and surroundings. "Munro" bagging" has meant spectacular scenery with wonderful wild life.

The advantage of being here in November is that there aren't coaches everywhere! We have seldom seen a coach and considering the proximity to Balmoral - we know it to be different in the summer - so no queuing for coffee etc. We have decided to sell and let someone else have the wonderful opportunities we have had - because we live in Kent and the journey and health considerations (mainly age) mean it is not possible for us to continue.

We have owned this Lodge for 35 years and unfortunately due to age and health issues we are no longer able to travel from Kent and sadly the time has come for us to relinquish it.

All of our family have loved it (three generations) and once there were 10 of us with two babies in cots. Lodge 76 is in one of the best positions on the estate. From the balcony and beyond trees is the pond and tennis court .We have often seen Red Squirrels and from the kitchen window views through the trees stretch to fields beyond.
