We have thoroughly enjoyed our weeks of rest and relaxation at The Carrick over the years. We really benefit from the peace and quiet location of the lodge and the high spec, luxurious feel of the interior, we relish having the option to entertain and invite friends and family to holiday with us, where there is always something on to suit everyone.

Being positioned overlooking the lake by the golf club for us is perfect as it feels so peaceful, there hasn't yet been a year where we have missed baby ducks or geese wandering past of an evening, and last year we even had a Roe deer and her fawn living in the trees outside the balcony - a real treat to witness.

We always use the on-site spa, as well as enjoying the leisure pool at Cameron House for the younger ones, the facilities are second to none and the eateries and bars are top notch. We love having the option to book the cinema on for a movie night while we are there and we also check out the pub quiz if time allows. The site do really well at ensuring there is plenty of activities available for all ages. The shuttle service to and from the main hotel is a definite perk and the service is always with a smile and friendly banter.

Neighbouring town Balloch, has everything you need to stock up, as well as a vast array of restaurants, takeaways and shops, a visit to Lomond Shores is always on the agenda. There is so much to see and do around Loch Lomond that we feel Cameron House has it all and is the perfect place to start exploring from

Great dining options are offered here with superb restaurants providing an eclectic mix of cuisine from delightful Scottish dishes at the Cameron Grill to chef curated dishes in The Monarch Room. A more laid-back approach is taken by La Vista offering an Itallian experiance and the quality of dishes continues in a family-friendly atmosphere in The Clubhouse or the Cafe Spa.
