Kenmore Club is situated in the heart of Perthshire, Scotland and in the conservation village of Kenmore. The Club was built in 1988 in the walled garden of Taymouth Castle, which was the home of the Marquis of Breadalbane. Queen Victoria and Prince Albert staying there in 1842.

The Club is very small - the first phase was a group of houses (numbered 16 to 30) , which are proper villas, not of wooden construction. The houses are built in the style of the conservation village, House 17, a fixed week, is situated overlooking the Lochside and has probably the best views of Loch Tay and its surroundings. The Club has a small clubhouse with an indoor heated swimming pool and a very good restaurant which has a lovely patio area by the Lochside. There are many good cafes and restaurants in the area.

Kenmore has a very good golf club of some 6052 yards with scenic views while Taymouth Castle Golf Club is under reconstruction and will open sometime in the future as a championship course.

Oban, gateway to the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Gleneagles, Aviemore, Cairngorms and St Andrews are within easy reach of a day's visit.

It is with great regret that I have to sell this property due to my husband's disability. I have been a delighted owner sine 1988!
