We have owned the lodge for 7 years and can honestly say we have had the most amazing friends and family holidays during our time there. It is a golfer's paradise with the Gold Card, which comes with the lodge and allows free golfing and reduced rates for your guests.

If this is not your thing, then the glorious playground has so much more to offer. We have tried our hand at Falconry, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Zip Wire, but there's horse-riding, off-road driving, and angling, to name but a few. The lodge comes with two bikes (more available if required) for local exploring of the area. Great for walking too.

The lodge is located very close to The Tryst, which is the owners' hub and everything you want, and need can be arranged here. Meals are also served here as well as "meet other owners" events and quiz nights etc.

Full unlimited use of all the leisure facilities at the hotel with free access for all your house guests too. There is a large swimming, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The outdoor jacuzzi pool is a beautiful treat at night under the stars. Discounts on treatments at the award-winning spa are available.

There are numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes within the hotel complex to suit all tastes and budgets and there are plenty of nooks and crannies beside open fires if you just want to lose yourself for a few hours to people-watch or read a newspaper.

The lodge has just undergone a refurbishment (even though it didn't need it!) and offers 3 double bedrooms, all ensuite, and a huge bathroom on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own TV, and music can run throughout the house (even in the shower). Camp beds and cots are available from the concierge to allow for 8 guests.

The upper floor consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner with a beautiful open flame gas fire (remote control). Fully fitted kitchen with everything you can imagine you will need, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer. Drying cabinet for wet outdoor clothes. Flat-screen TV/DVD with Sky and Wi-Fi access. There is also a balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the views across the Ochil's and to look out for roe deer. Charging point for electrical vehicles.
