The Park Collection at Seasons Holidays is a high-end series of specially designed holiday 'lodges', with fixtures and fittings akin to those in a four-star hotel. In addition, you can expect a good location with a superior view and facilities to hand, such as a well-maintained hot tub.

The Park Collection is available at most of Seasons' more desirable resorts, such as Bude and Clowance in Cornwall and Whitbarrow in The Lakes. The Clowance Estate, near Camborne, is in a central location for West Cornwall, and Bude also offers easy access to the wild beauty of North Devon, with its various surfing hotspots and vast sandy beaches. Whitbarrow Village offers direct access via the A69 to both Keswick and Penrith; local pubs provide excellent food at lunchtime and in the evenings, but it should be noted that the on-site restaurants at Seasons are now very good indeed.

Since 2022 Seasons have offered 'The Four-Legged Friend Collection' lodges at The Dylan Coastal Resort in Laugharne, Clowance, Whitbarrow, and at Brunston Castle (Ayrshire). These are limited in number and "will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis." It should be possible to exchange a Park Collection week for a dog-friendly holiday at one of these lodges, although this should be confirmed well in advance. Dogs are not allowed on-site otherwise, but there are boarding kennels very close by at Whitbarrow, for instance.

The 'Red Week' offered includes most of the year, apart from the 'Peak Weeks' - typically 3rd week of July to 1st week of September inclusive - leaving 44 weeks in all. It is 'floating', meaning that it can be taken during any Red Week period of the year and at any resort. Should you wish, renting your week out is an option.

The 'Short Break' windows are typically from the 2nd week in January for 12 weeks and from the end October/start November for 7 weeks. The Lakes and the Welsh Coast in winter must be experienced to be appreciated! The wet'n'windy weather, and the mist shrouding the fells and mountains conjure up an atmosphere that is truly magical. Keswick is a 'Mecca' for dog owners and admirers, particularly those wishing to replenish a wardrobe of outdoor or adventure clothing. The centre of Keswick, with its iconic Moot Market Hall dominating the scene, is featured on many images of The Lakes, particularly those relating to Christmas. Because of that popularity, Seasons are not able to allow fractional owners to take 'Short Breaks' over the Christmas period.
