This is the Penthouse Presidential Suite - The Royal Savoy's premiere timeshare.

Our week has also been a super opportunity to enjoy Funchal's beautiful Flower Festival (which can fall in week 16) and we have greatly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the stunning 180-degree views (from Marina to Reids) and the sense of spacious luxury here. The long terrace is sunny from morning to evening and has been a favourite spot for our family to breakfast and then sunbathe when we wanted to just relax amongst ourselves. The benefit of the well-equipped kitchen has also been a pleasure when we shopped from the Mercado dos Lavradores and ate together either inside or outside on the terrace.

Aside from regularly eating at The Royal Savoy (lunch by the swim up pool bar is both relaxing and enjoyable) we've taken full advantage of the fantastic restaurants nearby - the fish platter at Marisquera O Barqueiro is a treat and we always enjoy a stroll into the Old Town to eat in the garden of The Santa Maria.

One of the things that has made Madeira so special for us are the people and at The Royal Savoy everything comes with a smile - from the delightfully helpful maids, jolly waiters, and super-efficient front of house staff".
