Our lodge is situated a short walk from the hotel and the loch. It has been refurbished in recent years and offers an up-to-date kitchen with good cooking facilities. Lovely bathroom with underfloor heating and walk in showers in the 2 main bedrooms, a separate bathroom for the third bedroom. Very comfortable beds and ample storage spaces.

The leisure centre in the hotel is fantastic since its upgrade, great gym, and a lovely pool, changing rooms are of a good standard too. Also, the addition of the new ground level bar has made the place more attractive for a quick lunch or supper, especially with children.

Lodge ownership does offer a discount at the Carrick Spa, just along the road and on food in some areas of the hotel. If fine dining is your thing, Tamburrini & Wishart is definitely one to try, the food and service are exquisite.

Balloch is on the doorstep and is an easy to walk to from the lodge to the Lomond Shores and the village where there is a supermarket along with a number of cafes and restaurants. Helensburgh only a 10-minute drive away, is a lovely town on the water with plenty of places to walk, places of interest and good quality restaurants.

There are many beautiful areas to explore within a short distance of Cameron House Lodges, the Highland is on your doorstep and Glasgow is easily reached by rail or road.
