It has two large bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a large lounge, kitchen, and dining room, all fully equipped and furnished. The main sofa converts to a double bed, so can easily sleep 6 people.

Best of all it has floor to ceiling uninterrupted views out to sea, from both the Master bedroom and the lounge.

The timeshare is located on the East Cliff in Bournemouth and is connected to the Best Western Carlton Hotel and as an owner you have full access to the hotel facilities, which include a restaurant, bar, gym, indoor (and outdoor in the summer) pool, sauna, steam room and beauty salon. There is also free Wi-Fi. There are also various discounts available in the hotel for Timeshare owners. Finally, there is a reserved allocated parking space plus a visitor's space is often available.

We have owned this Suite for over 20 years and used it every year. We got to love the area so much that we have now bought a house and moved down here to live! Hence why we no longer need it and would love it to go to new owners, who we hope will be able to create as many happy memories as we did here!

From the lounge and master bedroom, you have breath-taking views across the Solent and Bournemouth's 7-mile sandy beach, the Isle of Wight to the east and Old Harry's Rock to the west. The beach and a wide variety of leisure activities are literally on your doorstep and with the town centre a short walk away comes an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, museums, theatres, and the Bournemouth International Centre (B.I.C) providing live concerts and shows.

Also, the nearby towns of Poole and Christchurch offer even more choice of restaurants, bars, theatres etc.

The services team at the complex are very experienced and efficient, apart from the usual supply of bedding and linens at the start of the week, extra linen changes are available, as well as items for hire, such as cots, highchairs etc.
