This is a detached bungalow all on one level in an excellent position with large full wall windows and patio doors overlooking the open grounds of the estate and just a 2 minutes' walk from the reception, leisure facilities and Castle with restaurant and bar.

Our family have enjoyed 15 years of holidays here. The Estate is excellent for all ages. For the children they can play safely around the vast grounds, cycling, go carting and horse trekking. The club has great children's activities including daily water slide which has been the favourite, bouncy castle, and water games. The pool does kids splash down which is another favourite. My elderly mother also loved the place, as it was relaxing and restful and a lovely restaurant onsite for the family to come together in the evening. The Estate is close to Elie which has a very safe sandy beach. Kingsbarns beach is also close by and the lovely little fishing villages.

Week 31 normally lies first week in August, end of July which fits with both English and Scottish school holidays.

More recently we have rented the Villa through KCE which is completely hassle free and provides a good rental income.
