We have spent many great holidays at the Royal Savoy, Funchal, Madeira. In fact, we had hoped to continue doing so but unfortunately, health issues prevent us from travelling.

Our apartment is located in a fantastic location on the roundall with views from the wraparound balcony to both the sea and the harbour. The Royal Savoy facilities are second to none and we will miss the friendly Madeiran hospitality. We will certainly miss the staff and the relationships we have built up over the years.

The apartment is five-star with a fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms, well-furnished to a high standard. The maid service is terrific, and we will miss our chocolates left on the pillows! You will enjoy breakfast on the balcony and on a Saturday evening you will enjoy an uninterrupted view of the wonderful firework display coming from the harbour.

We will miss our annual holiday at the Royal Savoy and hopefully the next custodian will enjoy future summers for many years to come.
