One of Diamond Resorts Florida properties, the Polynesian Isles Phase 1 is located in Kissimmee, within easy driving distance of Disney World, Universal Studios theme park, water parks and all of the other local attractions which make the Orlando area one of the USA’s most-loved tourist destinations. The spacious timeshare units here come with one or two bedrooms and sleep four to six people, and are traditionally furnished to ensure home-from-home, air-conditioned comfort.

The tree-lined timeshare complex offers a lake, several swimming pools, fitness and games rooms, a clubhouse, a putting green, BBQ and picnic areas, and a business centre for corporate guests.
