The Timeshare unit is located in Las Vegas NV in USA. It is a one-bedroom unit on the 3rd or 4th floor and is in SILVER time of the year. It is located in Hilton Flamingo Casino. It overlooks the pool and garden area.

We have been there many times and have enjoyed the site and location. It is in the centre of the strip and very close to the famous recreation activities and other casinos.

The resort and apartments are beautifully furnished and is frequently upgraded. It is on site of the Metro which takes you to all other casinos and various attractions. We had visited Mexico and Hawaii, Arizona and Florida and several other locations. You can also exchange or part exchange with all Hilton hotels and through Rica with other resorts. We are getting old and therefore are not able to travel as much so decided to sell our TIMESHARE.

When you buy this, you actually end up owning the real estate. There is a homeowner's association which is selected by the owners by voting every year. If interested one can attend these meetings at their discretion.
