Kilconquhar Castle Estate is situated in the Eastern area of Fife. It is well known for its beaches, coastal walks, and golf. It is only 10 miles from St Andrews the home of golf and many old coastal villages along the coast are well within reach.

We bought our timeshare more than 20 years ago and enjoyed the first visit so much we bought another one at a different time of year. The facilities on the estate are excellent. The leisure facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, badminton court, gym and play area for children. There is a golf driving area and horse riding on the estate too. A shop provides basic supplies and is open each morning. The Bar/ Bistro provides tasty food all day long and the Lyndsay room restaurant is open for special meals. Everything is looked after by friendly helpful staff.

The Villa is well furnished and extremely comfortable and all on one floor. The large open plan lounge/ dining area and kitchen is ideal for holiday catering purposes with an attractive archway separating them. The 3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom with plenty storage for clothing.

Dogs are permitted in the property and there are lovely walks around the estate for dogs. The nearby beaches at Elie 1.5 miles away are a Mecca for dog walkers and a great place to enjoy the sea air.
