The hotel consists of 4 phases, the studio (for sale) is in phase 2, facing east and it is located on the first floor with a big balcony with a view over the pool, big bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio area is 30 m2 + 13 m2 of balcony. It is positioned in a quiet part of the complex facing opposite the restaurant and terrace that every evening has a program up to 10p.m. The hotel has a gym, a beautiful pool with a level of water of 0.5m up to 1.8m. Also, the pool has a bar on the bridge that connects the two ends of the pool. They have a pool table, table tennis, bowling alley, outdoor chess, darts etc. The tournaments were organized for the mentioned sports activities from Monday to Friday, with nice prizes (champagne and money). The hotel has animators for children.

Playa de las Am�ricas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife has 7 beaches and a minibus according to the timetable takes only hotel guests to these beaches. The beaches are well-organised and protected from sharks.

The food on the island is fantastic and reasonably priced in a great selection of restaurants in the area. The hotel also serves excellent food and beverages ensuring to cater for everyone.

The sports equipment, perfumes and clothes are about 30% cheaper than in Madrid. The hotel organizes tours to the volcano (filmed a movie of Planet of the Apes), a tour of the island by boat etc. There is an aqua park in the Playa de las Americas, and near the city is the largest aqua park in the world, it is beautiful with many facilities and beautiful restaurants and a zoo with many different animals in the world, to visit it takes 4-5 hours, and a show with whales and dolphins in the aqua amphitheatre and lasts 45 minutes.
