The current owner is offering their week number 16 which is the last week in April each year. This is an interesting time to visit the resort when you will get plenty of dry weather and lots of sunshine in the daytime. This allows you to play golf and enjoy outdoor country walks.

The lodge being offered is a three bedroom, the lodge number is available on request to our company. The lodge benefits from being arranged over 2 floors which give large open plan living, dining and kitchen space with a large balcony which overlooks the surrounding countryside and onsite golf course. There is a master bedroom (includes jacuzzi bathtub) with ensuite along with two further two double/twin bedrooms which includes 1 further ensuite. There is also a further wall bed in the lounge area which complete the sleep 8 capacity. There is a family bathroom upstairs.

Onsite at Belton Woods owners have plenty of facilities which include the spa, indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, squash courts, selection of bars and restaurant. You also have access to the onsite golf course where discounts of up to 50% are available on green fees. There are also various other activities on the resort site or close by.

Owners can choose to holiday each year at their home resort or may decide to join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking their ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This can be an excellent idea to allow you to make use of bonus weeks and extra holiday time.
