Stunning one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of Hesketh Crescent (Torquay, Devon), which concurrently benefits from the sea and lawn views, a small patio with outdoor furniture and its own separate entrance. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, including induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker and a full range of cookware and tableware, crockery, and cutlery. The management provides washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels and a range of other cleaning products as well as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets on your arrival. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, which can be converted into twin bed. The living room has a sofa bed, which sleeps further 2 people. The apartment also has a satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, hair dryer and good quality wooden furniture.

Week 52 always starts on the 22nd of December, no matter on which day of the week it falls. You can choose to have Christmas Eve dinner or Christmas Day lunch in the complex's restaurant or walk to the town centre and enjoy your meal in the seafront Pierre Restaurant (French) or book Drum Inn Pub located in the historical Village of Cockington or pop for a drink into the 16th century Hole in the Wall Pub. You can have fun at the AMF Bowling, located within 5-7 minute's walk from the Club or to go to Riviera International Centre to enjoy yourself in the heated indoor swimming pool with the unique sloping floor, flume, wave machine and a water slide. There is a choice of Theatres, including the Little Theatre, Princess and Babacombe Theatres, which usually run Christmas shows. Alternatively, you can choose to visit Dance Evenings at the nearby Imperial Hotel. If you travel with children, do not miss the opportunity to have a ride in Santa Express (Dartmouth Steam Railway) or visit Model Village Outdoor Museum with a spectacular display of Christmas Lights.

The apartment complex benefits from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, gym, tennis court, launderette with dryers, outdoor chess game and a snooker table, putting green, outdoor brasserie and indoor bar and restaurant. Porter and maintenance services are available on request. Opposite the complex is a lovely quiet stretch of Meadfoot beach with a local Beach Caffe and a Scuba Diving and Surfing Centre. The resort is located within 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, where you will find a range of local shops, malls, restaurant and pubs. Fishing trips, sea tours, bus excursions and evening entertainment boat venues are available in the town.

The area benefits from numerous coastal paths with breath-taking views of the coastal areas, the sea, and the cliffs. Nearby is a pre-historic Kent's Cavern, a 16th century's Coockington village with a church dating back to 1069 and a craft centre with workshops. Further out are the famous Dartmoor National Park; Greenaway House (Agatha Christie's summer house), to which you can travel by Dartmoor Steam Railway; historical fishing village of Brixham; Napoleonic Fort and the famous Paignton Zoo.
