This Studio is arguably the best apartment in the complex situated at the Eastern end of the 6th floor, therefore having only one neighbour the other side being below garden level and thus nice and quiet. The layout of the studio is enhanced by the second wardrobe being sited at the end of the corridor beyond the entrance door leaving the passageway clear when in use. The entrance door is very close to the Emergency Exit door with no stairs involved. Will comfortably sleep 2 and easily caters for 2 more adults or children when the settee is opened. The balcony is extensive, spreading over four of the lower apartments whilst still having the shading of one balcony above immediately outside the patio doors. The views from the balcony are clear eastward round to the harbour and unobstructed westward to Reeds Hotel and beyond, being above the Rotunda block of apartments at the seaward side of the complex.
