We have owned Grandview for 12 years and have enjoyed it at different times of the year. It is in such a good location that you can have a relaxing quiet week away from the crowds on the strip, but when you want the buzz, you are 15 mins away.

New Year on the strip is an incredible experience, it is like one massive street party. The strip is closed to traffic so you can walk freely and safely around until the earlier hours. Be warned it is cold, last time we went it snowed. The myths of it being hot in Vegas all year round is false. At midnight, it is spectacular, many of the big hotels up and down the strip has huge, coordinated firework displays off the rooves. The music plays and everyone is in the street dancing and having so much fun. Truly amazing.

There is so much to see close by, such as the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam, driving experiences, Bryce Canyon National Park and of course every hotel is an experience in itself.

The apartments are really well equipped with everything you need with the bonus that they can be split into 2 for 2 families to have complete privacy, effectively it is 2 one bed apartments so has 2 kitchens etc. They each have their own front door. If you choose to bank the timeshare with a swap company, you can bank them as 2 separate weeks and get double the value as they are already one of the most desirable properties and week 52 just increases the popularity.
