Westgate Town Centre is situated within the gated complex of Westgate Vacation Villas set just off the popular US192 and is the jewel in the crown with luxury modern apartments.

Westgate Town Centre provides owners and guests with all the comforts of a fully furnished home and expected amenities such as cable TV and WiFi and is just 1 mile from Walt Disney World Resort and minutes from other Orlando attractions.

Within this superb complex, there is access to a variety of recreational facilities such as 14 outdoor pools with hot tubs, children�s wading pool and pool bars.

On site there is also a quality pizza shop, Mini market with deli, a Hershey ice cream shop and Drafts sports bar and grill. Other facilities include a games room, playground fitness centre. tennis courts, Jurassic Park mini golf course, bicycle rentals, a Disney movie theatre, fishing lake, paddle boats and a business centre. In addition to the onsite facilities there are numerous family-friendly restaurants that are within walking distance. There is a new Wal- Mart just across the road from the main entrance for all your grocery needs.

Free scheduled transportation to Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort is also provided. Orlando International Airport is only 30 miles away.

The timeshare is in the 5900 building and consists of a 2 bedroom lock off apartment. Which can be used as either a full 2 bedroom apartment for one week or as a 1 bedroom apartment (A side) for one week and a efficiency unit (B side) for one week allowing you to double your stay.

The A side has a master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, desk / dressing table, easy chair and foot stool and has a luxury en suite Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower and double vanity unit. The main living area has queen sleeper sofa, an additional sofa, dining table and a wet bar and is equipped with a large television, DVD player and Hi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you would expect there is also access to a washing machine and drier that is situated in the foyer area of the A and B units. There is an additional bathroom with WC, shower and vanity off the main living area. The fully screened in rear balcony features a table, four chairs and a sun lounger. Our unit over looks Swan Lake and Pool 14.

The B side offers two queen size beds full bathroom, kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffee make, TV and there is also access to a washing machine and drier situated in the foyer area of the A and B units.

Our week is week 43 (UK half term) but is available from a choice of 25 weeks including January, April, May, August, September, October, November and December. The apartment is located on the fourth floor. Owners can check-in from Friday, Saturday or Sunday and weeks can be split.

Exchanges can be arranged within any of the 24 Westgate Resorts across the USA. Additional membership of Interval International can provide the ability for worldwide exchanges if preferred.

We have been part of Westgate timeshare family since 2002 and have used our timeshare countless times and made countless memories and enjoyed the amenities this home from home provides. However due to personal circumstances we reluctantly have made the decision to sell our timeshare because we will no longer be able to make good use of it.
