We are selling our 2-bedroom Glenmore unit which I bought for my wife�s 50th birthday three years ago because all my family love our week so much, they have persuaded me to purchase a three-bedroom week. We tried to buy another week 46 but ended up with a week 45. It is a great time of year, the Golf Courses are practically empty in the afternoons, there is always room at the driving range and the SPA facilities generally are less busy. Restaurant availability is not a problem, you can order lovely takeaways and you can even get fresh bread and pastries delivered with your paper in the morning.

Our unit is opposite the Glenmore Village Restaurant and Bar and a short walk from the Hotel. If you have not been to Glenmore/Gleneagles, then I would suggest you are missing out. There is so much to do, Golf, walks, tennis, shopping, eating, drinking, cycling, walking, and relaxing. You can cycle round the PGA course. The Monday changeover has been fantastic for us. We get three or four nights together before our children land for a long weekend on the Thursday or Friday night. They can hop on a local train to Glasgow or Edinburgh and change to Auchterarder where Concierge will pick them up and drop them off to our home for the week.

Week 46 can surprise weather wise with sun but do not be surprised to have rain, snow or wind, plan to spend lots of time relaxing in the unit and Hotel SPA and Restaurant facilities as well as on the Golf Course. The evenings draw in just after 4pm when you can light the gas fire and bed in in comfort. The lounge area is extremely comfortable, the TV has a variety of Sky and Film channels, the Sonos music system reaches all the rooms in the house including the luxurious bathroom. If you are really sociable, all the owners meet up on the Tuesday evening for complimentary canapes and drinks so you can soon get to know other owners. You can even arrange to swap your Golf round one day for somebody else�s so you can play with your own family for free. Alternatively, you can join a group of other owners. Rest assured after seven nights at Glenmore you will not want to go home.
