Our luxury Villa is in the prime Beachfront location at St James's Club with easy access to all the other facilities at the resort. It is a single storey, 2-bedroom unit each with its own bathroom and is fully air-conditioned along with ceiling fans. It has a maximum occupancy of 6 and so is the ideal choice for couples, families, and groups who enjoy a sense of space, comfort, and convenience. Cheery and bright with warm Caribbean tones and terra-cotta tiles, it has separate dining and living room spaces, a full kitchen, and an impressive patio directly on the beach overlooking Mamora Bay. It is available on an Annual basis in Week 39, Saturday to Saturday up to and including 2040. We also have available Week 40 in the same villa and would be pleased to offer a discount for the purchase of both weeks. The Village at St James's is set on a secluded, gated, private 100-acre peninsula at the stunning Mamora Bay, Antigua. This All-inclusive hideaway is suitable for families, singles, couples with plenty of amenities and activities for all groups. You can expect a very warm welcome at the resort from all the staff with many visitors, including us, returning time and time again because of the ambience and the quality of the holiday that St James's Club offers. This award-winning resort has two white-sand beaches and offers a host of fun-filled activities. For the adventurous, St James's Club provides complimentary non-motorized water sports such as kayaking, paddle boarding and sailing including instruction from the friendly beach staff. And of course, snorkelling in the azure Caribbean Sea. There are six individual swimming pools including both a children's pool and an adults-only pool. It has an on-site Spa & Salon, where you can be pampered with a range of rejuvenating treatments. For other sports activities, you can take advantage of the resort's four tennis courts and state-of-the-art Fitness Centre plus the usual beach sports organised by the staff such as Beach Volleyball. For the little ones, the resort offers a complimentary Kids Club with a host of activities. And there is an on-site Dive Centre for those wanting to venture underwater. You are spoiled for choice with dining as the resort has five distinctive restaurants which serve everything from buffet-style meals to international cuisine in either casual or formal dining atmospheres. It has a new coffee bar open around the clock for coffees, teas, soft drinks, and cakes.
