Week 30 falls towards the last week of July, during the UK summer holidays, making it the ideal time for a family vacation. Which we did with our children for many years. It is a fixed week, so you are guaranteed this great timing each year.

The 1st floor apartment is self contained and spacious, with a sleeping capacity of 7 people. It is air conditioned and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the open plan lounge and 2 bathrooms, giving ample space and privacy. The fully furnished kitchen also allows for self catering. There is a balcony overlooking gardens and a beautiful alcove leading to the sea � a perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast. Other facilities include satellite TV, a washing machine, hair dryer and optional WIFI.

The apartment is located on the tranquil side of the resort, only a few minutes away from all offered amenities. This includes two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, gym, bar, supermarket, and playground for the kids. We often enjoyed taking our children to the entertainment venue and daily night shows, as well as enjoying a lovely meal at the on-site restaurant.

The Cala Pi Club is located in the South East of Majorca, in the Spanish Balearics. It lies along the coast at the end of cove inlet, allowing direct access to a pristine beach and stunning views from all around the resort. It is only a 35-minute drive from Palma de Mallorca airport, and 40 minutes from the lively town of Palma.

Renting a car via the resort�s reception is easy to do, allowing you to drive to the local attractions, such as Catedral-Bailica de Santa Maria, the Royal Palace of La Almudaina, and the beautiful Drach caves. Or the resort can organise local excursions, and advise on the best hiking and cycling routes around the island.

As week 30 is a prime time for summer holidays, it makes it very easy to exchange the timeshare using RCI for other destinations around the world. We utilised this option frequently, allowing us to travel to many parts of the US, Morocco, France, Spain, Cyprus and many more. Each time it was a quick and hassle-free process to make the exchange, and all of the accommodations were of RCI Gold Crown standard, ensuring quality.

On any given year if you are unable to travel, there is the option of renting out the week, which is a simple process with the resort. We have had to do this in the past as we are now elderly and this is the reason for the sale. We are offering both week 30 and 31, which would allow for a 2 week uninterrupted vacation should you want it, which we found to be very relaxing.
