Our Two-bedroom apartment is in CLC Monterey resort in Tenerife, a Gold Crown resort and affiliated with RCI and Interval. The resort has a small shop, laundry facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi next to the pool, on site bar and restaurants that has entertainment at least twice a week. The restaurant provides a takeaway menu and service in the evenings. A huge English or many kinds of breakfast are available at the Sunrise Bar near the pool. It is an amazing location with beautiful views across the popular seaside town of Playa de Las Americas and only 1 hours drive away from Mount Teide. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind with the resort providing the opportunity to put everything through to the reception to pay for everything at the end of your stay. The nearest beach with water sports and Siam Park are just a short stroll away.

The apartment sits with excellent views over the pool and the sea with La Gomera and sunsets perfect for an evening drink on the balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed, with an ensuite shower room and flat screen TV which has Freeview. Second bedroom is a lovely twin room with the family bathroom just across the corridor. Fitted wardrobes and bedside cupboards in both bedrooms. The family bathroom contains a bath with an overhead shower and a nice sink integral to the floor unit. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, dish washer and fridge freezer. Dining area with a large table and 6 chairs open plan into the Living room. The living room has extremely comfortable seating with the sofa being a pull-out double bed, there is also a large flat screen TV and DVD player and Freeview TV.

Very large and private fully tiled balcony with lovely views of the Atlantic across Colon marina. You can sit in the morning watching the fishing boats and excursion boats go out to sea. There are 6 sun loungers and 3 small drinks tables and one large patio table with 6 chairs. Clothes horse too and parasol.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has free WiFi connectivity.

This is a fixed week in early October start day of Friday in Week 41 and sometimes falls within the Scottish school holidays.
