The luxury lodge is situated on the Belton Woods Estate in Lincolnshire, England, encompassing 475 acres of beautiful countryside near Grantham. The resort is easily accessed by all means of transport; by road A1 by air East Midlands Airport and by rail to Grantham Station which is one hour from London.

The lodges are maintained to a high standard and this lodge has the benefit of being recently completely refurbished. This includes new kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and all fittings and furnishings even down to anti slip decking. The lodge is extremely well equipped including a large state-of the-art TV and DVD in the lounge and TV's in all bedrooms. The kitchen, in addition to the usual facilities, has granite work surfaces, breakfast bar and drinks chiller.

The lodge, which sleeps 8 people, is a fixed week in April which encompasses the Easter holiday every 4 years. It has a Sunday changeover. There is parking for 2 cars at the lodge and additional parking is a short walk away.

Entering the lodge there is a twin bedroom and opposite there is a bathroom with shower cubicle. A glazed door leads to the lounge, kitchen, and a dining area which seats 8 people. A wall unit contains a pulldown double bed. The balcony, which runs the length of the lodge, is accessed from the lounge, and has a table, chairs, and loungers. Downstairs there is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom having a jacuzzi bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The third bedroom has twin beds and ensuite shower room.

As a lodge owner you have use of the hotel's leisure facilities, tennis, squash, the swimming pool, gym, and studio classes. The hotel has excellent restaurants, bars, spa, golf shop, 2 championship golf courses and a 9-hole academy course. Lodge owners enjoy a discount on all food and drinks, spa treatments and golf green fees. A complementary golf buggy is available to lodge owners. There is also the Outdoor Activities Centre providing quad bikes, archery, rifle shooting etc.

The resort is affiliated to RCI and Interval International for external exchanges.

A short walk from the lodge is Belton House a National Trust property with deer park, gardens, and adventure playground. Belton Garden Centre is adjacent to the resort and has an excellent restaurant. Nearby is Woolsthorpe Manor birthplace of Isaac Newton, Belvoir Castle, Rutland Water and Lincoln. The coast can be reached by a car in about one hour.
